  • Development of strict zero-tolerance policies towards any form of violence or harassment in the workplace, ensuring that all employees are aware of and understand the behavioral rules and the consequences of their violation.
  • Provision of supportive measures for victims of violence and harassment, such as reporting procedures without fear of retaliation.
  • Regular evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of policies and the effectiveness of the measures taken, aiming at continuous improvement and the prevention of future incidents.
  • Creation of a positive work environment where diversity and inclusion are respected, and employees feel safe and supported.
  • Employee awareness of actions for the prevention and handling of workplace violence and harassment, and of the relevant authorities they can contact.

Our commitment to the environment extends beyond internal policies and includes actions carried out within the framework of public projects and collaborations with other entities.

Specifically, for every project we undertake, we make sure to incorporate awareness and training actions into its design and implementation that exceed the standard contractual requirements. Internally, we have implemented an Environmental Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001:2015. This standard defines the procedures and measures we follow for the continuous improvement of our environmental performance, compliance with legal requirements, and the achievement of our environmental goals. The certification with ISO 14001:2015 is proof of our commitment to the systematic management of environmental impacts and the ongoing progress on sustainability issues.

Additionally, the company applies a series of environmentally friendly practices to reduce its ecological footprint. In this context, we have installed special recycling bins for paper, glass, batteries, and disposable devices in our office spaces, ensuring proper waste management and reducing the use of new natural resources. At the same time, the company actively participates in recycling programs organized at the neighborhood and municipal level, strengthening collaboration with local communities and public authorities to promote recycling and the circular economy.
