<strong>Municipality of Piraeus<\/strong> commissioned <strong>KATAKORYFO SMPC<\/strong> to implement the project \u201cProvision of Services within the Framework of the Film Office,\u201d aiming to enhance the city\u2019s tourism and cultural outreach by attracting and facilitating audiovisual productions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"601\">The Piraeus Film Office aims to transform the city into a hub for film and television activities, boosting the local economy and highlighting Piraeus\u2019 unique cultural and aesthetic features as a destination for creative productions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"601\">\n<h3>Project Scope:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"767\"><strong>KATAKORYFO SMPC <\/strong>was responsible for implementing actions related to the design, operation, and promotion of the new Piraeus Film Office.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"826\">The project was organized into three main deliverables:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"930\"><strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"928\">D-1: Implementation of Preparatory Actions for the Organization and Operation of the Film Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1136\">\n<li data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1006\">Study of the operational and functional organization of the Film Office<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1062\">\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1062\">Training of staff with a total duration of 40 hours<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1136\">\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1136\">Final report on training results, in both printed and electronic form<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1220\"><strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1218\">D-2: Operation of the Film Office and Production of Supporting Digital Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"2048\">\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1308\">\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1308\">Final report on the organization and operation of the Film Office\u2019s physical office<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1440\">\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1440\">Design and printing of informational brochures, roll-up banners, and signage (in Greek and English, using recyclable materials)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1531\">\n<p data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1531\">Production of a promotional video up to 90\u2019\u2019 (shooting, editing, voice-over, graphics)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<p data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1657\">Creation of content for two newsletters and an informational website with a management manual (filmoffice.piraeus.gov.gr)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1828\">\n<p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1828\">Production of Production and Location Guides covering at least 15 points of interest (photography, videography, descriptions, metadata) with accompanying user manuals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1890\">\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1890\">Results of staff training on website and guides operation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1969\">\n<p data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1969\">Plan for an informational\/promotional campaign to attract film productions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2048\">\n<p data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2048\">Final report on Film Office staffing services and supporting documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2097\"><strong data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2095\">D-3: Support During Professional Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2248\">\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2175\">\n<p data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2175\">Organization of an information seminar for stakeholders and professionals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2248\">\n<p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2248\">Documentation of the seminar and final report on training activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2544\">The outcome was the creation of a modern and efficient support mechanism for film and television productions, positioning Piraeus as a dynamic cultural, tourism, and creative destination, while providing comprehensive tools for information, training, and promotion for industry
