The aim was to ensure the successful implementation and visibility of activities that enhance the city\u2019s cultural life and tourism image.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"806\">The events covered the full range of the Municipality\u2019s annual program \u2014 from religious and commemorative celebrations to major cultural and sports events such as the Byzantine Week, the Bridge Run, the Amvrakikos Gulf Crossing, and the Cultural Summer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"999\">This collaboration aimed to create a complete experience for residents and visitors alike, through proper organization, high-quality services, and professional presentation of all activities.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1027\"><\/h3>\n<h3>Project Scope:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1191\"><strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"316\">KATAKORYFO SMPC<\/strong> undertook the comprehensive implementation of support services for the Municipality of Arta\u2019s annual cultural events. The project included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"2685\">\n<li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1465\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1465\"><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1222\">Catering and receptions<\/strong> for guests, officials, and philharmonic members, with full catering organization, quality menus, and service during various events such as the Epiphany, Saint Theodora, the Municipal Memorial, and other commemorative activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1695\">\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1695\"><strong data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1498\">Accommodation arrangements<\/strong> for speakers, official guests, and participants in events such as the Gastronomy Festival, the Jewish Community of Arta event, International Women\u2019s Day, and the Cultural Summer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1930\">\n<p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1930\"><strong data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1717\">Video recording<\/strong> of major sports and cultural events, including the Bridge Run and Amvrakikos Gulf Crossing, using camera and drone footage, high-definition video production, editing, and creation of promotional videos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2137\">\n<p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2137\"><strong data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1962\">Advertising and promotion<\/strong> of the Municipality\u2019s annual events program through the creation of TV and radio spots, graphic layouts, press releases, and promotional actions in print and digital media.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2295\">\n<p data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2295\"><strong data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2164\">Decoration and setup<\/strong> of event venues, including the Church of Saint Theodora, the Gribovo Battle Monument, and the Jewish Martyrs Square.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2483\">\n<p data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2483\"><strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2349\">Transportation of philharmonic bands and choirs<\/strong> for events such as Saint Theodora\u2019s Day and Byzantine Week, ensuring safe and comfortable transfers from various locations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2685\">\n<p data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2685\"><strong data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2525\">Procurement of materials and awards<\/strong>, such as traditional jugs for the Holy Saturday custom, and medals or trophies for athletic events including the Treasure Hunt and the Night Run.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2974\">Through the successful implementation of these activities, <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"316\">KATAKORYFO SMPC<\/strong>\u00a0significantly contributed to enhancing participant experience and effectively promoting the Municipality of Arta\u2019s cultural program \u2014 supporting its overall organization with professionalism and consistency.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Project Environment: Within the framework of its annual cultural events, the Municipality of Arta assigned KATAKORYFO SMPC the provision of comprehensive support, hospitality, and promotion services.
