Κatakoryfo SMPC has been certified for the quality of its work according to ISO 9001: 2015. ISO 9001: 2015 is an international standard, according to which the requirements for the development and implementation of an effective Quality Management System are specified. Katakoryfo SMPC has been certified based on the above model showing the proper organization of the business departments and the quality of its services.
It has also been certified with ELOT 1435: 2009, the national standard which defines the requirements of the management competence which a communication service provider must satisfy. Katakoryfos' SMPC certification is based on the above model, showing among other things that performs with consistence and reliability the communication services provided and meets the relevant applicable laws and regulations.
The company also has an official certificate of assistance for legal requirements for the operation of a tourist office.
Finally, Κatakoryfo SMPC is a member of the SEE (Communication Control Council), an independent non-profit company that aims to apply the rules of ethics in commercial communication, as they are formulated in the Greek Advertising - Communication Code.
