Project Scope:
KATAKORYFO SMPC was responsible for the full implementation of the NPHO event “Current Public Health Issues,” held at a high-standard hotel in Athens. The company ensured that the conference room was suitably arranged to accommodate up to 100 participants, with a five-member panel and a coordinator’s position, as well as a seating layout that facilitated audience participation and observation. Additionally, parking space for at least 50 vehicles was secured.
KATAKORYFO SMPC managed all aspects of participant hospitality, including a coffee break and a seated buffet dinner in the hotel’s restaurant area. The company also oversaw the overall coordination of the event and provided secretarial support throughout, ensuring a smooth flow of activities and an excellent experience for attendees.
All necessary audiovisual equipment was supplied, including fixed microphones for the panel, one wireless microphone, an HD videocamera, a sound system with wireless microphones, laptops, a video wall, power strips for table use, wireless internet access, and a printer. In addition, sound recording, video recording, and filming services were provided, with the presence of a technician and cameraman to support the equipment, coordinate with hotel technical staff, and perform necessary pre-event functionality tests one day before the event.
The comprehensive execution of the event included supervision of all processes, technical support, and delivery of all outputs within the scheduled timelines, ensuring high quality, functionality, and a smooth experience for participants.
The project was successfully completed, providing health journalists with accurate information and promoting contemporary issues in public health.
