D-Tour” project aims to to establish an outdoors-tour program designed and adapted for people with disabilities (with activity limitation(s) or impairment(s)) As D-Tour program aims to enhance educational, recreational and socialization skills of disabled many sites from cross-border areas of Epirus, Corfu and Vlora such as culrural attractions, historical and religious spots, parks nature centers, wilderness areas e.t.c. will be selected for these routes. Meanwhile, through a) the establishment of out-of-doors touring for disabled people as a diversified model of sustainable tourism offer and b) the parallel promotion of the local cultural heritage/history and venues of natural beauty, the goal of improving cross-border capacity to support entrepreneurship, business survival and competitiveness can be achieved.
